This is my personal portfolio site. I keep data collection to the minimum needed to understand how the site is used and to improve it. I do not sell your data or run ads.

What I collect

When you visit, basic usage data is recorded automatically, such as:

  • Pages you view and links or buttons you click.
  • Approximate location (country or city level), device, and browser.
  • How you move through the site, including anonymized session recordings of on-page activity.

I do not ask for or store your name, email, or any account details on this site. If you email me using the address on the site, I only see what you choose to send.

Tools I use

I use PostHog for product analytics and session replay. PostHog processes the usage data above on my behalf. Text you type into any field is masked in recordings so it is not captured.

Cookies

PostHog may set cookies or similar storage in your browser to tell repeat visits apart. These are used only for the analytics described here, not for advertising. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Why I collect it

Only to see what is working, spot confusing spots, and make the site better. That is the entire purpose.

Your choices

  • Use your browser's "Do Not Track" setting or block cookies to limit tracking.
  • Use private or incognito mode to avoid repeat-visit storage.
  • Email me to ask what is held about you or to have it removed.
If you are in the EU or UK: this site does not yet show a consent banner. If you would prefer nothing be collected, block cookies for this site or email me and I will exclude you.
